Bogey
Today marks 1 year that Bogey won our hearts and became part of our family..I can't believe its been a year...He's grown up so much and become one of the sweetest dogs...Though he has the most sensitive stomach for a dog...We went out and bought him some new treats.Healthy wheat free treats are hard to find..But I found a brand that I really like called Waggintrain....Of course he has to share with Haley...

Finally got my hazard insurance cleared up or at least its in process of being cleared up...I tell you, every year I have some problems with it..And the thing is it usually has nothing to do with me...Its between Insurance company and mortgage company. All I can say its a headache.

One of my vets was bit in the face by border collie that she has known forever and belong to a friend of hers...The dog bit her in the face and the owner of the dog had to pry the dogs mouth open to free the doctor from its hold...If the dog had pulled on her lip she would have lost her lip..Luckly they had something to sew up...You have to understand my vet has loving nature about her when it comes to animals..She loves to hug and kiss them...She did the number one no-no she stuck her head inside the car..

Work was rained out today...We did do a very small job for a contractor that we sometimes work for...Then afterwards we came home and did lots of running around...Its crazy here...Its like its Christmas all over again with the traffic...I know the SuperBowl is in Tampa...But that shouldn't affect us to much...But I am thinking that maybe some of fans are staying down here...Who knows, just staying out of Tampa for the weekend...

Going out to lunch tomorrow with my mom and aunt...They are taking me to some restuarant that I have never been too...Always a fun thing to do...

Out of baked goods...I doubt I will bake this weekend...

Everyone have wonderful weekend!

To All the mothers out there here and abroad..Happy Mothers Day!..Even to those of you who don't celebrate the day at the same time...My mom and I had gotten up early and went out to Myakka State Park...We saw turkey's, deer and loads of alligators...What was so wonderful was that not alot of people were out there yet...See my mom has yearly pass with a yearly pass you can get a code that allows you to go out there before the park opens...Anyways we went down to damn (weir) first...It was really peaceful and the alligators were bellowing (think of lock ness monster coming out of water)..The bellowing is mating a call...They only do this for a short period of time..Its really amazing to watch and hear...We were suppose to have a picnic out in park but plans were changed a bit since it was to hot and humid...Anyways before we left the park, I called Mike...He was preparing everything at the house...I had bought some excellent goat cheese, olives, truffle mouse, hard salami, tabouish (sp) , crackers and date walnut cake...Mike added  strawberries, smoked chicken and lantana cheese..I also had chilled bottle of champaign.Let me tell you that was perfect touch to everything...The meal was light and yummy...Oh and I got her a card too.

Yesturday I pressure cleaned my pool deck after we bought one of those electric pressure washer...Also convience Mike that we should move the table out on the would deck and get one of those bistro tables...But first we have replaced some of boards on the deck and clean up around it ...So that is what is up on our end...

To Eileen and Ali....You will both find From Dead to Worse-Charliane Harris book a very interesting read...I was comsumed by the book with all the twist and turns....Hope you both get a chance to read it soon...Its quite enjoyable!..

Anyways good night everyone!

How do you relax after a hard day of work?

I go to the gym and workout....If its extremely hard day which sometimes it is, painting all day can be exhausting....I clean up and then plop on the couch and chill out watching TV or playing on the computer.
